2879-990 GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Sr. Manager, International Tax reports to the VP, Tax and has direct accountability to identify and offer detailed planning opportunities as related to global tax law changes, efficient cash taxes, and improved tax efficiency while remaining compliant with local tax rules and regulations and ensuring the Company is compliant with US international tax law. This position will be the primary contact for the regions in all tax matters governed by Corporate including oversight of all tax audits. This role will be responsible for drafting technical memos of tax matters inside and outside the US, which will include tax positions in any country, including the cash tax impacts and tax accounting impacts of tax positions. The position will also analyze all new tax laws, proposed and passed, around the globe. The position will also work directly with the Divisions, Treasury and Accounting Departments on any matter that might have a tax impact including intercompany funding, settlement of intercompany transactions, and intercompany agreements to and ensure transfer pricing is appropriately applied. The Sr. Manager, International Tax will also have the primary responsibility for preparation of the US tax forms 5471 and provide the Director of Income Tax Accounting foreign income related input for the quarterly and year-end Tax Provision. Support the VP, Tax in completion of third-party consultants' transfer pricing studies and implementation of resulting recommendations. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
