Title: Business & Operations Analyst Job Duties: Administrative support: booking travel (flights, hotels, rental cars) Calendar management for two executives and supporting national inventory manager Meeting planning and coordination Strong project management skills with the ability to track deliverables Business Analyst tasks: using MS Excel to evaluate trends and propose recommendations Support the Safety Manager by validating reports in systems such as Fleetworthy, Geotab and PureSafety Serve as a backup for the inventory manager. This requires learning and utilizing Spring Use Tableau to create manager performance reports Facilitate project calls and ensure effective communication and collaboration across business teams, vendors, business intelligence operations Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst Experience in supply chain operations Prior experience with SAP preferred Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is required Experience with Tableau or PowerBI/ BI tools is a plus Ability to interface and collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders Willingness to learn Travel Requirements Up to 10% travel (both driving and flying will be required)#ZR | |
