A Brief Overview
Independently develop integrated biomedical data resources and associated applications that enable novel modes of data intensive clinical and translational research.
Analyze clinical, clinical research, and laboratory workflows in order to deliver custom data management, data integration, reporting, and analysis solutions that improve the quality, consistency, and utility of scientific data throughout its lifecycle.
Build consensus and buy-in to complex data integration projects by defining clear milestones and quickly delivering iterative data management, database and application products.
Develop and apply best-practice methods for creation, optimization, and operation of high-value biomedical data resources, including data modeling, data provenance, data integration, quality control, and patient privacy protection.
Work independently and as part of a project team in a highly matrixed research environment, including direct interaction with clinicians and biomedical researchers.
