ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Directs the activities concerned with safekeeping, control, and accounting for assets and securities.

    • Directs the preparation of reports, which outline the company's financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings bases on past, present and future operations.

    • Directs the preparation of directives to division or department administrators outlining policy, programs or operating changes to be implemented.

    • Establishes and maintains good corporate relations with investment and banking communities.

    • Oversees the management of Finance, Facilities, IS, Shipping, and Database Implementation departments.

  • Analyzes operating results of company versus approved plans and objectives.

    • Presents operating and capital expenditure budgets for review and approval by Executive and Corporate Management.

    • Directs and coordinates the establishment of company budgets and forecasts.

    • Provides operating managers with statistical analyses of operating results and plans.

  • Provides Executive and Corporate Management monthly, quarterly and annual financial operating reports.

  • Through Director of Finance provides procedures and systems necessary to maintain proper financial records and afford adequate accounting controls and services.

  • Serves as main conduit of information to VP & GM on general economic, business, and financial conditions, and their impact on the company's strategies and objectives.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:

  • Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.

  • Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

10 years financial management experience in the software industry and 7 years management.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

Expert knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, budgeting, financial planning, internal audit, treasury, taxation, cash and risk management

Other:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, or the equivalent required. CPA desirable.
