At Concepts in Millwork, we're looking for a Facilities Assistant who's ready to contribute, grow, and play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly every day.

• Sweep and mop floors in office and production areas.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs.
• Collect and empty trash from production areas, offices, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms and break rooms (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.).
• Wipe down and sanitize tables, desks, counters, and chairs.
• Wash interior windows, glass doors, and glass panels.
• Dust surfaces such as shelves, ledges, and office equipment.
• Keep cleaning items and equipment organized and stored properly.
• Maintain work areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Assist with general cleanup of production and office areas as needed.
• Assist with picking weeds and perform simple grounds cleanup around the facility as needed.
• Notify supervisor of any maintenance or safety concerns observed while cleaning.
• Assist maintenance supervisor as needed.

• Salary: $15.16 Hourly.
• Job Type: Part-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm

• Physical demands:
  • Lifting - Employee may be required to lift weights up to 50 pounds. In the event a load weighs more than 50 pounds, team members are required to seek assistance from another team member before lifting and use proper lifting techniques.
  • Push/Pulling - Push material of various sizes and weights.
  • Stand/Walking - Must be able to stand approximately 100% of the work shift.
  • Reaching - Reach up to heights of 60 inches to position and retrieve needed materials.
  • Kneeling - Must be able to kneel for extended periods, to pull weeds and perform various other grounds maintenance including but not limited to picking up trash and using various landscaping hand tools.
  • Range of Motion Movements - Will use range of motion when sweeping, raking or using other yard and shop maintenance tools.
