M365 Lead Engineer Alexandria, VA Pay From: $140,000 per year MUST: Experienced M365 Lead Engineer Minimum 5 years supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments. Expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive Strong PowerShell skills Experience with Azure AD, identity management, and compliance/security controls Experience designing ALM pipelines and DevOps-based deployments Experience supporting hybrid environments (Windows Server, SQL) DUTIES: Lead Microsoft 365 engineering activities, including architecture design, tenant configuration, and environment management. Configure and maintain Microsoft Purview, retention, DLP, and sensitivity label policies Support SharePoint Online administration, hub architecture, permissions, and governance Design and oversee Power Platform ALM, DevOps pipelines, environment strategy, and solution deployment Configure Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform connectors, Defender, Copilot, Loop, Graph connectors, and related security capabilities Lead troubleshooting efforts for high-priority issues, including PowerApps, SPO, Teams, and identity-related problems Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, SCR packages, and architectural diagrams Work directly with federal program leadership to provide technical recommendations Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
