What You'll Do

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, FSI, you will serve as an Adobe Experience Cloud expert within our Financial Services Solutions Consulting team. You'll work closely with the sales organization to build solution strategies for major global enterprises. You will show how the Adobe Experience Cloud platform handles complex business challenges and integrates into customers' daily workflows.

Your work will span core Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities, including data collection strategies, Experience Data Model and customer profile design, data science applications, real-time customer data, journey orchestration, and analytics and reporting.

You will contribute in three primary areas:

Pre-Sales Support: Partner with Account Directors to accelerate sales cycles through solution discussions, architecture workshops, technical recommendations, and impactful demonstrations.

Solution Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through digital transformation initiatives and best-practice digital marketing strategies.

Internal Capability Enablement: Strengthen internal expertise by sharing knowledge, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to solution certification.

Role Complexity

This is a highly technical, hands-on pre-sales role. You will lead multiple digital marketing sales motions simultaneously, often extending beyond Adobe's ecosystem into data platforms, analytics, data modeling, and creative workflows. You'll assess technical fit, prioritize opportunities, and support sales teams with solution reviews, demonstrations, and architectural guidance.

Industry Focus

You will apply deep Financial Services knowledge to identify industry-specific challenges and clearly articulate how Adobe Experience Cloud addresses them-requiring strong platform understanding and fluency in the FSI regulatory and customer-experience landscape.

What You Need to Succeed

You are passionate about digital transformation, AI, and building strong client partnerships. You communicate complex ideas clearly, engage stakeholders at all levels, work independently with initiative and curiosity, and manage multiple work streams effectively.

Ideal Background & Skills
  • You bring 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or digital marketing

  • 5+ years working with large-scale marketing technologies such as CMS, DAM, RTCDP, Journey Orchestration, and Customer Journey Management.

  • Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Travel may be required up to 40%.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $170,300 -- $280,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
