Vice President of Learning This is a remote position with preference for candidates based in the following cities Sacramento CA, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO, Portland, OR, St, Louis, MO Annual Salary: $200,000 to $220,000 This role is bonus Eligible Summary: The National VP of Learning leads GMR's education strategy and programs, ensuring high-quality professional development across the organization. This role oversees the Learning Management System (LMS), College of Emergency Services, NCTI, and IHM, managing program planning, development, and accreditation. Responsibilities include directing enterprise-wide online learning, continuing education, and EMS training (Paramedic, AEMT, EMT), while driving standardization and quality improvement to enhance patient care. The VP sets corporate learning goals and policies, integrates internal and external programs, and champions innovative, technology-driven approaches to education. Knowledge and Skills:
