The Sales Analyst/Sr. Sales Analyst, Amazon is responsible for supporting the eCommerce Business lead by leveraging data to drive in market implementation and seamless execution on Amazon and eCommerce customer initiatives. Key areas of responsibility include supporting the team in identifying and finding solutions to close in market gaps, working to optimize customer inventory levels, reduce ASIN suppressions and leverage category POS data to provide insights to help us grow our business on the US and Canadian platforms. The Sales Analyst/Sr. Sales Analyst will also have a strong opportunity to work closely with the team on maximizing customer efficiency and customer sales.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide in-depth data analysis of sales trends to analyze performance against the competition, within category and compared to specific timeframes
  • Help manage current inventory levels to ensure proper WOC at Amazon and proactively flag ordering issues
  • Utilize analytical and communication skills to report out key performance drivers
  • Assist in optimizing operational initiatives to maximize Net Revenue
  • Manage item attribution process to assist in proper New Product Launches
  • Support cross functional teams to optimize various areas (marketing, advertising, product, content development).
  • Have strong analytical skills and experience working in microsoft excel and Power BI
  • Ability to garner white space opportunities and gap close proposals via through sales analysis



The experience we're looking for:



  • 4-year college degree
  • 2-5 year's experience working directly with an Amazon 1P business/direct vendor central experience is required
  • Some direct sales experience/brand management experience preferred
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to successfully multi-task
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills. Must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
