Job Description




As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and foster a secure environment. This is a driving post, where you will interact with team members and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and uphold Allied Universal's values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation while supporting the unique needs of this dynamic setting.

Pay Rate: $20.99 / Hour

Must be 21+ years of age and must have a valid driver's license

Minimum 3 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns as observed during patrols.
  • Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal management to address security-related needs specific to the industrial environment.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations while on patrol.
  • Support emergency preparedness drills and respond according to site protocols as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Must have three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
