What to Expect As a key member of the motor engineering team, the Motor Technology Research Engineer will be responsible for researching, developing and program manage various new technologies to enhance the motor performance, efficiency and reduce the cost. The technologies include but not limited to new topologies, new materials and innovative manufacturing related technologies, which will be introduced to Tesla's development programs. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
