What to Expect
The Charging Payments & Supplier Specialist operates within the North America & EMEA Charging Operations team. This role is responsible for centralized payment processes, supplier onboarding, and invoice processing for Utility & Rent payments. The individual will work closely with internal stakeholders (Supercharger Deployment Team, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tools & Analytics) in addition to external stakeholders like utilities and site hosts. They will be directly responsible for onboarding suppliers and processing payments for both North America and EMEA regions. Both invoices and suppliers will involve multiple languages.
What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain precise payment data with thorough account reconciliation, complete with accurate aging reports for annual reporting
- Facilitate onboarding of new landlords and ensure accurate submission of payments in accordance with lease agreements
- Serve as the Supercharger business partner for supplier master team, accounts payable and accounts receivable project
- Manage and administer centralized accounting and payments processes such as fixed assets, supplier onboarding, check management, and aging invoices
- Maintain accurate Utility account information within Tesla systems and manage new Utility account set up for our expanding network
- Compile and manage monthly and quarterly reports for team reviews and validations and drive efficiency improvements within our internal systems
- Expand skills with ad hoc projects related to payment processing, fixed asset creation, and more
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience working with financial operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting or Utilities, preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Focused and task-oriented, while maintaining a flexible attitude towards critical tasks
- Strong communicator with the ability to relay information across multiple stakeholders efficiently and effectively
- Proven agility, organizational and multi-tasking skills in an environment with changing priorities
- Impeccable attention to detail and an eye for efficiency when managing a high volume of accounts

Expected Compensation
- Associate Financial Analyst - $54,000 - $81,000/annual salary
+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
