YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY: The Corporate Strategy team at Rosendin seeks an exceptional professional to help define the company's long-term strategic direction. The Director of Corporate Strategy at Rosendin Electric Inc. is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives in partnership with executive leadership and business unit leaders to drive company growth and improve business performance. This role involves leading multiple strategic work streams, enhancing team capabilities, and applying quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform decision-making. The role is a meaningful opportunity to impact the execution, growth, and direction of the future of Rosendin. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Perform strategy development services for Rosendin executive management team (C-suite) and board of directors as directed by and co-created with the Chief Strategy Officer Partner directly with executive and senior leadership team and BU leaders across regions and functions within Rosendin to develop and implement growth initiatives that impact significantly the growth trajectory of the company from both short and long-term perspective. Lead and facilitate the formulation and implementation of strategic priorities across functions and regions to improve the company's business performance. Take ownership and responsibility for multiple work streams related to the development, design and implementation of corporate business strategies, functional capabilities and enhanced performance. Strengthen strategic acumen of the full strategy team and broader organization by leading and participating in recruitment, training, and development of high-potential team members. Gather data from a wide array of sources, ensure its validity, analyze the findings, extract the relevant insights and make strategy presentations, and work with operations (project managers) and field teams (Superintendent, General Foreman) to implement agreed recommendations. Utilize expertise to formulate strategy, execution plans and playbooks in areas such as (not limited to): Developing a company vision Revenue growth and market development Cost reduction Business and operating model innovation Customer retention Process re-engineering Organizational design and effectiveness Market analysis, branding and definition. Quality management Strategic acquisition and divestiture Analyze statistical and market data, perform financial analysis and cash flow/portfolio calculations, and develop experience curves, turnover and profit predictions. Design sophisticated financial models to analyze and quantify time-based competition and cost behavior and to simulate implementation of strategic advice. Spreadhead thought leadership initiatives and contribute to Rosendin's innovative and forward-thinking approach in the construction industry. Confer with management and field personnel and conduct operational effectiveness reviews to ensure smooth functioning of newly implemented practices, programs, and/or systems. Travel to job sites as required for projects, to establish needs and present recommendations. Overnight and multiple-day travel may be required.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
10 years+ of experience in strategy, consulting, product management, or analytical roles. Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. MBA or advanced degree. Prior experience in due diligence is preferred, as role will require leaning into strategic M&A opportunities Management consulting experience from firms like McKinsey, Bain and BCG is a plus Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience working with senior leadership Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into a clear, actionable strategy Professional experience tackling ambiguous problems and developing strategies that drive alignment and deliver measurable impact Strong proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling. Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite. We fully comply with the ADA and applicable state law, including considering reasonable accommodation measures that may enable qualified disabled applicants and employees to perform essential functions. Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
