As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as they arise, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including both the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding incidents, hazards, or concerns identified during shifts.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely written reports and logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
