Role description

Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activities

Outcomes:



  1. Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
  2. Code debug test document and communicate product/component/feature development stages.
  3. Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution
  4. Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions
  5. Optimises efficiency cost and quality.

    Senior Research Analyst Summary: UST looking for Sr. Research Analysts to conduct data analysis to help drive business decisions, solve complex problems and share perspectives on existing solutions. The person will be : Responsible for carrying out analytical tasks and opportunity sizing analyses in support of various initiatives for internal clients of the customer including Operations, Sales, Marketing, & Product. Develop reporting products/offerings through application of data analysis and data aggregation tools to drive broader adoption and growth of capability. Identifies and defines both process and data improvements. Major Responsibilities: Pull, interpret, analyze, and condense complex data into meaningful summaries, trends, or opportunities. Collaboration with team to provide analytical, reporting, and project implementation support to internal clients. Assist and contribute on innovative solutions for more effective, streamlined, and automated reporting for both internal and external clients. Develop reporting including call center, claims, utilization, or administrative data in support of Informatics analytical projects using BI reporting tools including but not limited to Excel and Tableau. Build reports and deliverables to present results in a clear, concise manner for internal and external clients. Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular QA checks and data validation. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Big Query, SSRS and Visual Studio. Familiarity with SSRS and Visual Studio to automate reports and improve processes. Advanced Tableau skills (experience creating interactive Tableau dashboards and calculations). Familiarity with health care claims and insurance data structures. Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data manipulations. Must be competent in MS Excel (VLOOKUP's, tables, formulas, etc.).
