Description MaineHealth CorporateProfessional - Nonclinical Summary: The Associate Technical Training Analyst role is a frontline training and coaching position embedded with Patient Access teams at Biddeford. The Associate Technical Analyst serves as an In Department Trainer, spending most of the time on the floor onboarding new hires, delivering small-group refreshers, and providing side-by-side coaching on Epic registration/scheduling and standard Patient Access workflows. The role supports go-live/upgrade readiness, partners with leaders on competency checks, and helps close workflow gaps through observation, feedback, and training. Note: This is not an IT analyst/build role. It's a people-facing training role focused on performance, consistency, and patient experience. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
