Summary:
The Intern role provides administrative and project support within assigned department, while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in a healthcare environment.The Patient Experience Department manages the patient survey process, facilitates Connecting through Compassion and AIDET trainings and takes part in staff engagement initiatives.

Our intern will assist withLeader Rounding on patient Inpatient Units and in the Emergency Department, staff engagement, provider compensation projects, Concierge deliveries, running reports from our survey vendor, Press Ganey. Additional projects may include stocking Geriatric Cart in the Emergency Room and covering breaks for our Customer Service staff.

Preference will be given to students with good people skills and customer service experience.

1. Education: Student who is currently enrolled in a two-year Associate's Degree program, Bachelor's Degree program, or graduate-level program preferred.
