Description Medical Group PracticesManagement/Leadership We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Practice Operations to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Southern Region Palliative Care practice. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, optimizing patient care delivery, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration among clinical and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to compassionate care, with proven experience in ambulatory practice operations and leading teams. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of professionals dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered palliative care that enhances quality of life and provides holistic support for patients and families throughout serious illness. This role is on site with office location based in Scarborough, with frequent travel to Maine Medical Center Portland and Biddeford campuses, and occasional travel to other locations within the MaineHealth service area.
