Title: Test Equipment Coordinator

Location: San Diego, CA

Duration: 3 months

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Track, Trace, and Update the Status of Incoming and Outgoing Shipments: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; help to maintain shipping and warehouse supplies.
  • Manage the Shipment and Receipt of All Products, Materials, and Supplies: Collaborate and communicate with test equipment team, logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
  • Promptly Unload Trucks and Deliveries and Sort and Stock Receivables: Ensure all incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.
  • Store, Manage, and Track Company Inventory: Utilize inventory management software (may include barcode scanners).
  • Document and Manage Records of Shipped and Received Goods: Ensure all documentation is submitted to the appropriate personnel.
  • Responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of all test equipment (M&TE), materials, and supplies.
  • Collaborate and communicate with Test Equipment team, Calibration lab technician, logistics team, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
  • Assist in inventory accuracy of test equipment across multiple sites.

  • Proven experience in shipping and receiving.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
  • Good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Required Education

  • Associate's degree or High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant operations experience.
