We are is currently looking for a Quality Management Technician or a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The main purpose of Quality Technician position is to perform on-line quality audits, raw materials testing, product testing and report test results as needed. This position supports the Manufacturing, Technical Service, Quality, Sales, Purchasing, and Research & Development departments in raw stock, in-process labels, and finished label testing relative to established specifications.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Audit "Quality Log" at work centers to ensure start-up approvals and in-process checks are completed and recorded.
• Communicate customer expectations to work center operators; and provide clarification when questions arise
• Be a technical resource to account specialists, production and finishing operators
• Assist Quality Specialist with internal and external complaint investigations when requested
• Assist in data recovery and analysis to develop and implement recommendations for continuous improvement
• Provide technical resources to process improvement teams
• Coordinate internal "HOLD/QUARANTINE" materials
• Interface with customers and suppliers
• Create seeding plans for game orders, monitor and coordinate seeding of orders
• Conduct ANSI Sampling on incoming / outgoing product
• Conduct receiving inspection activities for onserts and packaging
• Loading / Unloading / Accepting from Programming / All handling of variable image disks; maintain storage, requests for additional disks & destruction.
• Validate accuracy in loading/unloading and maintain variable image data
• Conduct internal calibration and external calibration of devices to include point of contact for 3^rd party service providers, completion of required documentation and calibration records
• Assist in creation, review, and training of quality department WI, REF, and Forms.
• Create affidavit for game promotions
• Pull and prepare raw material and finished good samples for shipment to 3^rd Party labs for testing needed by QAP provided by our customers.
• Attend Pre Order Entry and Pre Production Meetings for Game Promotions
• Coordinate all quality department tasks for winner runs.
• Attend meetings for upcoming projects, new product launches, etc.
• Review and approve product samples for our customers and sales.
• Conduct product testing specific to testing that can't be conducted at press, such as customer specific lab testing, product line lab testing, etc.
• Conduct FASO approvals.
• Prepare Game Folders- set up review master proof, write up game 1^st article, make all labels for games paperwork, finishing paperwork for testing, QM Logs
• Audit Game Folders while in production and after production
• Prepare pharmaceutical press FASO paperwork prior to machine set-up review PO, Spec. Proof, Drawings; clarify any discrepancies with CS
• Pharmaceutical New Item Review Job Jacket/Specs with CSR- ensure all information necessary to complete pharmaceutical paperwork is in the jacket and if unavailable for the order ensure notes state appropriately so "value add" in production is not stopped.
• Conduct GMP and Games Line Clearance
• Conduct Pharmaceutical Final Order/Release Audit- 100% inspection of all documentation, review press and finishing retains, facilitate final packing of skid with finishing lead
• Ensure COC for pharmaceutical or other product lines as requested by the customer are sent via the media needed and to the correct recipients
• Ensure secured storage of games paperwork and retains
• Oversee games destruction- disks, products, retains, etc.
• Maintain retain folders- create, press pick-up, file, destruction
• Ensure quality areas- lab, security cages, etc. are maintained in accordance with the 6S program
• Conduct PTM training for all new associates
• Maintain GMP Lab Coats- proper storage, laundering
