Acara Solution is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Recruiter for our client who will work remotely.

Here's what you'd do:

• The client is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Recruiter to enhance our organization's performance and profitability, supporting vital national defense services.
• Collaborate with esteemed customers to develop solutions for high-stakes national security missions.
• Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishing the right sourcing mix in order to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles
• Facilitation and ownership of sourcing strategy with colleagues and hiring teams
• Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisements and managing responses
• Reaching out to target talent via social networks
• Designing & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns
• Speaking with applicants about requirements to drive applications & engagement
• Doing the first-round screening for applicants & ensuring a strong candidate experience.

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience
• Minimum of 8 years of Expert-level Boolean, X-ray, and keyword searching experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in using AI technology in all elements of sourcing activity
• Minimum of 8 years of Direct experience with the government contracting industry
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition in a sourcing role
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in identifying highly cleared candidate pools; TS, TS/SCI, TS/SCI w/Polygraph

• Master's Degree with 6 years of experience
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• You have worked in a CRM tool to build pipelines.
