Description Hybrid - Mondays - Thursday on site and Remote on Fridays Work Location - Preferred Location Southlake TX and Secondary Location - Austin TX Requirements: - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated success supporting delivery for concurrent projects - Confidence dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment - High Proficiency with MS Office Products PowerPoint Excel Word etc. - Proven experience 5 years in Learning Development with a broad understanding of learning strategy and program management - At least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences across diverse audiences. - Proficiency in utilizing AI technologies to enhance instructional design content personalization and learner engagement. - Advanced skills in e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline with a proven track record of developing interactive modules. - Previous experience with Intake and/or Change Management - Demonstrated expertise in audience analysis and needs assessment ensuring training solutions are tailored to specific learner profiles and organizational objectives. - Strong experience in program or project management including planning execution and evaluation of learning initiatives. - Consultative experience collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning gaps recommend solutions and drive continuous improvement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate knowledge transfer manage cross-functional teams and support organizational learning strategies. - Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies fostering innovation in training delivery and assessment.
