The Patient Experience Coach Senior engages with healthcare staff to enhance the overall patient experience by coaching and mentoring them on best practices and patient-centered care. Develops and implements strategies, training programs, and quality improvement projects aimed at improving patient interactions and outcomes. Supports the organization in achieving patient experience goals through expert consultation, coaching, and direction based on comprehensive data analysis. Collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to implement strategies that improve patient satisfaction and foster a culture of empathy and compassion. Monitors regulatory submissions, maintains up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements, and provides strategic guidance to the organization on regulatory matters.

* Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (Required); Master's degree preferred

* One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.



Essential Functions:

* Designs and implements strategies to improve patient satisfaction and overall experience.

* Facilitates the enhancement of patient experience by providing consultation, coaching, and guidance to staff members informed by thorough data analysis.

* Collects and analyzes patient feedback through surveys, interviews, and other methods.

* Identifies trends and areas for improvement based on patient feedback data.

* Handles quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient experience.

* Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor their effectiveness.

* Develops and delivers training programs focused on enhancing patient interaction skills for healthcare staff.

* Facilitates workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders in patient experience initiatives.

* Ensures compliance of patient experience initiatives with applicable healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

Salary Range: Minimum 39.37/hour - Maximum 64.96/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
