Temporary Research Assistant

The Department of Psychiatry at University of Iowa Health Care seeks a temporary employee to work in the labs of the University of Iowa Addiction and Recovery Collaborative (UI ARC). The UI ARC labs conduct research in addiction medicine, specifically education, professional training, and novel healthcare delivery services.

Responsibilities include:

Helping to maintain data for UI ARC grant projects.

Organizing and analyzing UI ARC lab data.

Translating UI ARC project data into deliverable scholarship, including abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.

Other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of undergraduate medical training.

Prior experience using EPIC-based data collection tools is preferred.

Prior experience with data analysis.

Ability to analyze data and prepare presentations as needed.

Note:This is a temporary, short-term, approximately one-year position paid hourly.
