Under general direction of the Director, Oncology Services or designee, is responsible for leading quality initiatives, optimizing clinical workflows, planning and implementing new clinical programs and ensuring high-reliability operations across outpatient oncology practices. This role partners closely with Cancer Center leadership, oncology physicians and advanced practice providers (APP), nursing, and administrative teams to improve patient access, quality, safety, experience, and overall performance of the cancer program.
  • Bachelors degree in nursing or equivalent experience is required.
  • Master's degree preferred. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or healthcare quality improvement is preferred.
  • Must have strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Over five years experience in Oncology with 3 years in a management role.
  • Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
  • BLS and OCN required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
