Principal, Technical Product Management

Position Overview

To lead the development and execution of complex, high-impact products by leveraging deep expertise in product management, technical strategy, and domain knowledge. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals and drives innovation across multiple squads.

Key Accountabilities



  • Define and execute product strategies aligned with quarterly, annual, and multi-year business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle-from ideation to launch-with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Drive adoption and evolution of product management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across departments and external partners.
  • Solve complex business problems in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Actively mentor and coach junior product professionals and contribute to organizational capability building.


Critical Experiences Needed



  • Proven track record of delivering successful products in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership of large-scale initiatives involving multiple squads.
  • Experience in defining and evolving product strategies based on data and market insights.
  • Deep involvement in technical decision-making and future-state architecture planning.
  • Regular engagement with senior leadership and external stakeholders to communicate product vision and impact.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is up to $79.33/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
