Consisting of over 125 personnel, the Integrated Warfare Systems Group delivers expertise in program and project management, acquisition and contracting, systems and digital engineering, software development, test and evaluation, sustainment and life cycle management, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT services. These capabilities support more than 100 Above Water Sensor, Undersea, and Combat System programs and projects within the Navy's Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS), as well as clients in PEO Ships, the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), and the Office of Naval Research (ONR). #MC Responsibilities The PM is responsible for overseeing the direct support of a major, Navy shipbuilding acquisition contract of over 100 employees. The PM will support a variety of activities related to the acquisition, modernization, and life cycle management support of a Surface Combatant class and their embedded systems, including drafting requisitions, interviewing, and hiring to fill all roles. PM responsibilities also include developing program strategies, overseeing multiple complex projects, managing budgets and resources, and identifying and mitigating risks.
