Now hiring Shift Manager Location: Hazle Township, PA Pay: $18.00 - $21.63 per hour Schedule: Friday - Sunday \| 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Training will take place on a different shift for 2 - 3 weeks. What You'll Do Conduct daily check-ins with staff Perform on-site recruiting to support staffing needs Manage attendance and ensure proper documentation Maintain strong customer communication and deliver excellent customer service Ensure safety compliance and reinforce company safety policies Conduct on-site orientations as needed Counsel employees and address performance concerns professionally Assist with implementing programs to improve KPI performance Oversee timekeeping accuracy and approvals Monitor employee performance throughout the shift Manage daily rosters to ensure proper shift coverage What You Bring: Previous supervisory or shift lead experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and able to motivate others Bilingual Spanish is a plus Familiarity with warehouse environments is a plus Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term disability 401k plans Weekly pay is available every Friday Employee discount programs Referral bonus potential Click 'Apply Now' to submit your application, and a recruiter will connect with you soon about any questions you have and to get you started on this new journey.
