Service Delivery Coordinator - Wellbore Interventions Are you passionate about being part of a successful team? Do you like working in collaborative teams and solving critical issues? Join our team! You will work within the Completions & Well Intervention group in Baker Hughes Oilfield Services business. This is a key role for the success of Well Intervention operations in Permian.This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries in line with customer expectations. Partner with the best As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Wellbore Interventions, you will be responsible for: Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon. Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in managing the Job Cycle across organizational boundaries. Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out and be familiar with the assigned client's process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives (examples clients asking for Baker Hughes to operate outside of product specifications, client asking Baker Hughes to execute work in way that is not aligned with the company SOP). Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash. Coordinating and supervising activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support. Managing multiple products/services including Thru-Tubing Drillouts, Wellbore cleanouts, Casing Exits and fishing. Driving the culture of discipline of the 5 Fundamentals of Service Delivery Project and Deployment Readiness Risk Assessment Management of Change Incident Management iMtJC process compliance Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a minimum 5 years of prior experience working in Wellbore Intervention operations. Have relevant experience in supervision, field operations, coordination of Wellbore Intervention activities.
