Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our agile delivery team. This role will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to coach teams toward high performance. Responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Serve as a servant leader and coach to one or more agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices. Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress, escalating when necessary. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team reflection and experimentation. Track and communicate key agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders. Support the team in achieving delivery commitments and maintaining a sustainable pace. Foster strong collaboration between business and technical teams, including Salesforce and FileMaker stakeholders when applicable. Partner with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and align on agile maturity goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification required. 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or digital product environment. Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar. Familiarity with Salesforce or FileMaker platforms is a plus. Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and across multiple time zones. Preferred Attributes Experience supporting agile transformation or scaling agile practices across teams. Background in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments. Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience. $93,600 - $131,040 Additional benefits: exempt - Our total compensation package includes medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement benefits, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, parental leave, family medical leave, volunteer time off and additional leave programs, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits and discounts.
