Document Control Coordinator

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensures compliance to the requirements from regulatory agencies
  • Maintains the technical and non-technical documentation change system
  • Assures procedures are in place to classify and maintain records.
  • Interprets and enforces all documentation formatting, standards, policies, and operating procedure requirements
  • May identify submission components, communicate documentation standards and coordinate assembly of regulatory dossiers
  • May analyze and evaluate data, extract pertinent information, prepare information abstracts and executive summaries of material searched
  • May maintain extensive knowledge of product information and continuous contacts with local, regional, and divisional customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required or 4-7 years' experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with electronic document control, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Experience with engineering change order coordination
  • Experience performing training for varied audiences
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint required
  • Strong organizational skills, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently

The base pay hiring rate expected for this position is: $24-27/hr.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will occasionally do immediate reaching and overhead reaching to perform various duties, frequent standing for varied amounts of time to perform various duties, frequent walking for varied amounts of time to perform various duties. Squat or bend to perform various duties. Occasionally climb stairs.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
