About the Team The Customer Marketing Team at Invoca is responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with our customers through engaging marketing programs, advocacy initiatives, and community-building efforts. This team plays a critical role in deepening customer loyalty, increasing retention, and amplifying customer voices across our brand. The team works closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate customer stories into strategic growth opportunities for the company. About the Role The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing programs that drive advocacy, engagement, and retention within Invoca's customer community. This role acts as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring that Invoca's customers are celebrated, supported, and empowered to share their success stories. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic marketing acumen, and a passion for storytelling to build programs that transform delighted customers into advocates. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Customer Marketing, and it is a remote position. You Will
