Job Description

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a talented ServiceNow Project Manager. Project Manager is responsible for overall and performance of the contract and serves as primary point of contact with customer. Meets periodically with the COR to assure that federal client needs are met according to best industry practices and standards, and that the proper resources are provided to ensure only high-quality products are delivered.

Responsibilities:

    Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks and provide timely status updates to client and senior management.
  • Develop and maintain roadmap based on client priorities
  • Conduct release management using Scrum based Agile methodology
  • Conduct project assessments and post implementation reviews to identify areas of improvement and lessons learned.
  • Support planning efforts across multiple modules based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timeline and budgets.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all technical aspects of ServiceNow platform.
  • Assist with data calls related to ServiceNow Platform.
  • Provide technical and administrative oversight of contract tasks and activities.
  • Effectively communicate both orally (in common English narration) and in writing (to include technical documentation)


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and capabilities.
  • Experience of at least 4 years leading ServiceNow projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks for team and manage multiple efforts simultaneously using Agile methodology.
  • Experience working with clients to determine implementation requirements and execute a plan to meet those requirements in timely and efficient manner.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in both written and oral form.
  • Must be US citizen.
  • BS Degree in a related field.

Desired Skills:

  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification
  • Experience with CMDB/ITOM
  • Scrum Master/SAFe Agile Certification
