Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic operational partner to SMB (Small and Medium-sized Businesses) Sales Leadership, driving excellence in planning, reporting, forecasting, and business management rhythms.
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning processes, including coverage models, segmentation alignment, and quota deployment.
  • Develop and deliver accurate, timely business cadence materials for leadership-such as forecast reviews, KPI scorecards, and QBR presentations.
  • Analyze performance across multiple sales channels (web, partner, and direct) to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and address performance gaps.
  • Provide actionable insights by monitoring key metrics including pipeline conversion, run-rate growth, customer acquisition, and partner contribution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Category teams to ensure alignment on targets, data definitions, and operational metrics.
  • Partner with BI and Data teams to design and enhance dashboards in Qlik, Power BI, and Excel, enabling leadership visibility into SMB performance and forecast trends.
  • Drive process improvements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to ensure data integrity, territory accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to establish new workflows, build operational infrastructure, and bring clarity to undefined areas.
  • Own and execute business improvement initiatives and ad-hoc analytical projects to support evolving organizational needs.


Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, with a proven track record of delivering analytical insights and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated success supporting SMB, Inside Sales, or multi-route sales models.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep business acumen and strong financial analysis skills.
  • Strong ability to manage complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience developing or optimizing business management systems, processes, and tools.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional project management, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity-able to create structure, define processes, and lead initiatives in evolving environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Dynamics, Qlik, Power BI, and SQL strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, enthusiasm, and autonomy.
