Working in a world class Equipment Engineering organization with talented group of Equipment Engineers, Technicians, and technical supportive management. Main responsibilities are learning and performing preventative maintenance tasks on Equipment used to manufacture integrated circuits for leading customers. Assisting Technicians with repairs of equipment and rebuilt of subassemblies. Interface with Senior Technicians, Equipment Engineers, and area Managers to identify and assist in recovering equipment and support production. Participate in the activities assigned to them by the area engineers or managers, and work on set priorities based on production requirements.

• Work from procedures, blueprints, sketches, drawings, and diagrams.
• Rebuild assemblies and ensure parts are available for PM activities
• Learn tools operation and navigate through control screens
• Learn basic PM procedures and to perform assigned tasks
• Learn Post PM Equipment recovery
• Assist Technicians recovering equipment from major failures or a PM (preventative maintenance)
• Assist Senior Technicians/Engineers in analyzing and resolving recurring maintenance problems.
• Participate in activities to develop, document, and improve existing equipment maintenance procedures and systems
• Review spare parts inventory, and ensure correct quantities are available in stock room.
• Assist with pump installation and ensure spare pumps are available on site.

• No previous working experience in Semiconductor Equipment maintenance is required for this position. However, basic knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits, plus good mechanical skills is required.
• 2 years of college in a Technology field is desirable.
• Associate of Science degree in Technology that is in progress with an emphasis on electrical, electronics, mechanical, or equivalent.

Compensation:

$18 - $20.50/hr
