Description
The Senior Director of the Office of Enterprise Governance and Assurance provides executive leadership for INL's integrated governance and assurance functions under the Prime Contract with the Department of Energy. This position serves as a senior advisor to Laboratory leadership on contractor performance obligations, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and organizational accountability. The Senior Director establishes and maintains comprehensive oversight frameworks that ensure INL meets its commitments to DOE while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and mission excellence. This position will report to the Deputy Laboratory Director for Management and Operations. Primary Responsibilities Include:

Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this classification, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, and work in an office and field/laboratory environment. The job requires hand/finger dexterity to keyboard or type, handle materials, manipulate tools, and reach with hands and arms. The job requires operation of job-related equipment and driving a vehicle. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
