JOB SUMMARY

This role will provide direct support to the Service Business Unit management team by providing administration, compliance, business reporting, administration, IT support, and office management. This position includes a focus on continuous improvement, continuous flow of information and project data development. This role is responsible for the improvement of transactional processes through innovation and project lead to achieve the desired "easy to do business" with Services.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Main point of contact for all Field Service Technicians to assist or redirect to appropriate party
  • Plan and manage the annual safety conference
  • Coordinate inside & outside training activities
  • Directly manage Service Headquarters office & budget allowances for office support items
  • Assist in completing travel reservations
  • Accumulate and sort data to produce reports for analysis in support of our business operations and other employee communications
  • Provide support for key administrative roles for Service business
  • Responsible for monthly metrics per identified needs for business report outs
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Coordinate special projects to maintain optimal levels of operation at Service business
  • Lead and manage process improvements by identifying operational gaps and opportunities through performance analysis and reporting
  • Ensure accurate insights and actions are integrated into monthly business review mechanisms to drive efficiency and support strategic objectives
  • Audit Field Service Technicians expense reporting and identify erroneous charges or potential policy violations and report accordingly
  • Manage and maintain adequate levels of office supplies for business
  • Responsible for 5S compliance with Services headquarter office location
  • Support onboarding of Field Service Technicians with direct support on expense reporting, equipment delivery, safety gear, account assignments, etc.
  • Point of contact for Services facilitation building

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required Education / Experience

  • Associate/s Degree
  • 2 -3 years' experience in office management activities

Preferred Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree

Physical Demands

Must be able to routinely move from a sitting or standing position. Ability to stand for extended periods.
