About the role:

As a Strategy Principal,you'll be joining the FIS Corporate Strategy team to help guide new initiatives, product innovation and growth opportunities.Workingas a member of the Corporate Strategy team, you'll be building relationships across banking, payments, and capital markets experts to better understand where the market is headed, and how to best position FIS for success.

About the team:

The Corporate Strategy team, oversees and drives the execution of high-priority projects at the top of our senior management's agenda and at the forefront of the industry. We are accountable for shaping and steering enterprise-level growth strategies, leading the launch of transformative products and market entries, orchestrating high-impact partnerships or acquisitions, and championing cross-functional projects that span multiple lines of business.

What you will be doing:

In this role you will be responsible for driving FIS' Corporate Strategy.

  • Act as thought leader on the strategy and execution; maintain keen awareness of industry landscape and directly inform FIS go-to-market efforts and product strategy

  • Articulate FIS product vision clearly and concisely translating complex concepts into easily accessible and understood content and visualizations

  • Manage the creation of CEO-level executive communications for events like Board presentations or Operating Committee Strategy offsites

  • Develop "trusted advisor" relationships with multiple senior stakeholders

What you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience at a top-tier management / strategy consulting firm or in an internal corporate strategy / transformation function, with proven analytical skills. Experience in financial services is preferred

  • Previous experience and proven success with operating model design and / or business strategy with a strong interest in design thinking, digital transformation, and tech innovation

  • Strong communication, research, presentation and creative skills

  • Highly self-motivated with ability to remain composed under pressure and excel amid ambiguity

  • Full knowledge of MS Office required including Excel, PowerPoint, Word

  • Bachelor's degree from top-tier program required

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $170,550.00 - $286,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
