Your Job As Director, Program Management for Molex's Optical Solutions Group, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive global capacity growth and operational excellence across multiple plants. This individual contributor role requires strong leadership through influence, fostering trust and collaboration across diverse teams. You will serve as the single point of contact for plant operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enabling rapid issue resolution. Working closely with leaders in Business Development, Supply Chain, Product Line Management, and Manufacturing, you will help shape the future of our business through disciplined program execution and strategic expansion planning. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
For this role, we anticipate paying $180,000 - $220,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
