The Project Manager, Shared Technology Services (STS), reporting to the Vice President of Shared Technology Services, plays a critical role in the planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives across Burris operating companies. This role partners closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered in alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.

Operating within the Shared Technology Services model, the Project Manager ensures consistent execution, visibility, and governance across initiatives while supporting STS's mission to deliver reliable, scalable, and value-driven technology services.

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain project management standards, methodologies, tools, and templates and metrics.
  • Manage assigned projects end-to-end including scope, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define objectives, success criteria, and delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate governance activities including reporting, risk management, and readiness reviews.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Support portfolio-level visibility, prioritization, and dependency tracking.
  • Collaborate with leadership on solution approvals, testing strategies, and go-live decisions.
  • Support effective resource planning and allocation across initiatives.
  • Track and manage project budgets, vendor costs, and implementation expenses.
  • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and status reporting.
  • Support organizational change management and training coordination.
  • Ensure projects adhere to approved scope and change control processes.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project delivery.
  • Participate in meetings and special projects as required.



Experience & Qualifications



  • 4-7 years of experience in a project management role.
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and tools.
  • Experience working in enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
