As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol in Hermiston, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will conduct routine patrols, manage access control, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the food and beverage production location, reporting any irregularities or security-related concerns.
• Support access control processes by verifying credentials of personnel and visitors as required by site policy.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and location-specific guidelines.
• Assist with emergency response activities and coordinate with local authorities or site management as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
