What you will do

  • Own and grow strategic OEM and project accounts.
  • Build multi-level relationships across purchasing, engineering, and supply chain.
  • Identify design-in opportunities and develop engagement plans.
  • Hunt for new customers and markets while expanding existing accounts.
  • Lead customer cadence, reviews, and internal business planning.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for product, pricing, and delivery topics.
  • Manage CRM pipeline, forecast revenue, and report KPIs.
  • Drive new business opportunities with closure rates above 45%.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to build pipeline and awareness.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in B2B sales or key account roles, ideally with OEMs.
  • Experience in photonics, lasers, optics, micromachining, robotics, or machine building is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting, and disciplined sales processes.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Location & Travel

  • Remote US-based roles (travel 30-50%, varies by territory).
