Position Summary

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to help develop the future of Photoshop for creators everywhere. In this role, you'll sit at the center of Photoshop's most ambitious expansion beyond the desktop-spanning mobile, web, LLM-powered workflows, and emerging surfaces. You'll join a high-impact team reimagining creative imaging by blending Photoshop's core capabilities with Generative AI and agentic experiences to drive new user growth and activation at scale.

What You'll Do
  • Lead product strategy and execution to unlock new user activation through innovative Photoshop-powered experiences built for the Creator generation
  • Help build a durable roadmap that focuses on real-time customer needs and measurable success
  • Keep close watch on product performance, customer feedback and market trends to evolve product strategy and deliver high-impact features at scale
  • Partner deeply with our Research, Data Science and Design teams, translating real-time insights from millions of customers into intuitive, delightful product experiences
  • Work alongside our outstanding Engineering teams every day to build, rebalance and prioritize the highest value product innovations for our customers
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience or expertise in creative/social mobile or web applications
  • A keen grasp and passion for consumer product growth, activation and retention, ideally with mobile or web products
  • Proven ability to turn research and insights into shipped features, balancing innovation, usability, performance, and scope
  • Deep empathy for creative customers, with passion for improving workflows and enabling success across the customer journey
  • Experience working closely with research and engineering teams to lead fast, informed decision making for a full product life cycle
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills-able to build trust and alignment across diverse collaborators internally and externally
  • Strong business and marketing competence; able to pair analytical rigor with customer insights to recognize opportunities and deliver growth. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Deep empathy for creative customers, with passion for improving workflows and enabling success across the customer journey.
  • Experience in creative tools, imaging, or design software is a big plus.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
