This role will own the development of cost standards, oversee variance analysis, and drive strategic initiatives to improve processes and systems. Acting as a key partner to Operations and Finance leadership, the manager will champion best practices and lead projects that enhance financial integrity, inventory control and operational performance. Salary and Other Compensation: The target pay rate for this position is between $130,150 - $143,850 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for monthly uncapped commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
