Senior Specialist DTC Store Loss Prevention

YOUR MISSION
  • Serve as the leader of Loss Prevention Programs for the US and Canada retail stores, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive loss prevention policies and procedures to minimize shrink and enhance store security.
  • Partner with People and Organization, Finance, Legal and other departments on investigations, compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a liaison with IT, Finance, and Store Development on cross functional projects impacting security and operational integrity.
  • Provide coaching and training to field leaders and store management on all aspects of safety, security and loss prevention best practices.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and awareness through ongoing education and engagement.
  • Manage and negotiate agreements with third party vendors for loss prevention services, alarm systems, camera systems, security guards, RFID software and digital integrations.
  • Partner with external loss prevention partners on program development, audits and investigations.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and external auditors when required, including handling CCTV and investigation requests.
  • Analyze loss prevention and shrink trends across the retail industry and internal operations.
  • Recommend and implement new processes, technologies and tools to drive measurable improvements in security and profitability.
  • Lead retail project management initiatives, related to POS base systems, exception reporting, and fraud detection.
  • Serve as project manager for RFID program initiatives, QR code development and future RFID expansion.
YOUR TALENT
  • 5+ years of relevant retail Loss Prevention experience required.
  • Previous experience with Loss Prevention CCTV, access control, store security and alarm systems preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, organization, time management and presentation skills. Should possess knowledge in conflict management, coaching and development.
  • Ability to travel domestically to stores, meetings and events (up to 30%)
  • Advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI and PowerPoint presentation design. Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP and other Excel functions.

The hiring range base pay for this position is $67,700-$91,900+ Bonus + Benefits
