Job Description

The Enterprise Project/Program Senior Consultant II is accountable for leading all aspects of multiple moderately complex projects or programs. Capable of independent leadership, providing all aspects of project management on moderately complex projects that have a moderate level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies. Key Responsibilities

* Assesses and reports health of all projects in an objective manner, maintaining project transparency and accurate status; keeps management informed

* Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation

* Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to project team to meet applicable business requirements

* Drives achievement of projects/program success factors

* Leverages organizational dynamics to influence outcomes through leadership and communication skills

* Engages appropriate resources to resolve problems and identifies contingency plans and alternative solutions as needed

* Leads problem resolution from identification through resolution

* Manages project/programs of moderate complexity and impact

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $85,000- 110,000 / annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
