Drexel Co-op (Spring/Summer 2026)

This position is for a Drexel co-op student in the Spring / Summer term. Length of internship is approximately six months from March 2026 through September 2026. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position based out of the Philadelphia office. Job responsibilities include assisting with water and wastewater engineering assignments such as plan development, field work, quantity calculations, and cost estimating.

Basic Functions:

• Work on projects in Pennsylvania including water distribution / transmission, wastewater collection, ADA curb ramp design, street reconstruction grading design, and other types of projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering with an interest inWater & Wastewater Engineering

• Working knowledge ofAutoCAD,MicroStationand/orGIS
• Proficient knowledge ofMicrosoft Office products(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent written andoral communicationskills
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Participation in professional societies (AWWA, PWEA, etc.)

• Applicable prior intern (Co-Op) experience
