JOB SUMMARY:
|
The INVENTORY CONTROLLER is responsible for the inventory levels for our company. You will coordinate orders and deliveries, perform regular inventory audits and analyses, forecast the supply and demand requirements to ensure consistent stock levels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
|
- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
- Track and report inventory turns, analyzing product movement to identify slow-moving, obsolete, or overstocked items.
- Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases.
- Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
- Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
- Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
- Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
- Generating purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems.
- Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
- Monitors, investigates, and resolves issues related to delivery performance, transfer status, and inventory.
- Assures plant safety rules and standards are followed without exception.
- Participates in layered process audit procedure on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate and lead physical inventories as needed.
- Performs cycle counts.
- Performs other duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
|
EDUCATION:
|
Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or similar preferred.
|
EXPERIENCE:
|
3-5 years' experience in inventory control, warehouse operations and supply chain management.
|
REQUIREMENTS:
|
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP,WMS,Plex) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management software
- Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.
- Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities
