Mobile Tire Router

• Oversee roadside response operations in an assigned geographic, multi-market area
• Manage customer expectationsregardingresponse times andprovidedservices
• Maintain high-level verbal and written communication with the Mobile Tire and Roadside Support Teams
• Employ creative and proactive approaches to resolve customer flat tire events and other roadside concerns,utilizingavailable resources
• Collaborate with the local Parts Team tounderstandinventory levels and locations
• Strategically stage and schedule the fleet to ensure efficient responses to both roadside requests and scheduled jobs throughout the day
• Accurately manage job information and requests in the Dispatch Operations System and CRM

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in roadside or fleet dispatching, or in a service advisor role
• Demonstrated experience handling customers in fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High levelofadaptabilityand the ability to effectively prioritize andmaintaina flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs
• Proficient in Dispatch Management Systems and MS Office Suite
• Strong understanding of basic automotive knowledge related to chassis, wheel, and tire repair/replacement
• Willingnessto learn new automotive technologies, cross-collaborate with neighboring markets, andmaintainpositive working relationships in a team-based environment
