Customer Service Coordinator - Deliver Exceptional Service Across Transportation & Logistics

Join The Pasha Group as a Customer Service Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction through responsive communication, accurate order management, and proactive problem resolution across our transportation and logistics services.
At Pasha, exceptional service is built on reliability, clarity, and collaboration. In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout the order lifecycle while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
Coordinate, Communicate & Resolve with Confidence
Support customers and operations through disciplined execution and service excellence.
  • Customer Interaction & Support: Answer incoming calls and manage customer emails, taking appropriate action to resolve inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Order Lifecycle Management: Initiate and support orders from entry through completion, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal process standards.
  • Exception Management: Monitor systems for errors, research and resolve exceptions, and respond to escalated service requests with urgency and professionalism.
  • Dispatch & Delivery Coordination: Assist with dispatch activities including driver instructions, delivery confirmations, and customer follow-up.
  • Proactive Communication: Engage customers during onboarding and throughout active orders; collaborate with Sales to ensure customer needs and expectations are clearly understood and addressed.
  • Data Accuracy & Records: Maintain complete, accurate records in proprietary databases; perform routine data entry and shipment tracing across multiple systems.
  • Performance & Improvement: Support departmental KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics; provide input on process improvement initiatives.
  • Administrative Support: Perform document scanning, mail distribution, phone messaging, and daily schedule, log, and task updates.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive customer and shipment information with discretion and care.
What You Bring
You combine strong customer service skills with accuracy and operational awareness.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or related coursework preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience with an emphasis on import/export or logistics required
  • Domestic and/or international transportation and logistics experience preferred
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ten-key by touch and typing speed of 35 WPM
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with strong listening abilities
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
